Physio Led Pilates

Pilates is a type of exercise which combines posture, core stability, balance, control, strength, flexibility, and breathing. It is often combined with physiotherapy as a means of treating a variety of injuries, particularly those of the neck, back or joints. The exercises are gentle, and we offer classes for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.

We offer online/virtual classes:

Our virtual small group classes are led by a chartered physiotherapist who has additional qualifications in Pilates. The classes complement prescribed exercise plans, can be used as an injury prevention tool, or for general fitness to improve body tone and strength. Small groups allow the teacher to ensure you are completing the movements correctly.

Small Group Pilates

We offer Small Group Pilates classes in the clinic led by one of our Physiotherapists. Whether you want to reduce pain, increase overall mobility and fitness or improve your sports performance by getting a more powerful swing or serve, Pilates is designed to get your body moving as best as possible. Our small group classes are 1 hour long and have a maximum of 4 participants so that you get detailed feedback and movement instruction from our physiotherapist.

Couples Pilates:

For those power couples who wish to improve their core strength, flexibility and control together, why not try a 6 week course of couple Pilates? 2:1 ratio with one of our physiotherapists ensuring that you are moving with the optimal technique to prevent injury and enhance your movement control.
